Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

Procedure and Method of Destroying Personal Information

The information entered by members for membership registration, etc., is transferred to a separate database after the purpose has been achieved, or to a separate document storage box in the case of paper documents.
It is then stored for a certain period according to internal policies and other relevant laws and regulations, and subsequently destroyed.
